Product Overview
The Bucky PWB Left Hand REN. PART comes as a part of XR/A system which is a radiographic system used for imaging method diagnosis using X-Rays. A stream of electrons, produced by X-Ray tube are accelerated to high velocities by an external high-voltage supply and collide with the target anode in the tube. The beam formed is focused on a patient, and X-Rays emerging from the patient carry the image information which can be stored on a film. The Bucky assembly is mounted on a carriage beneath the table top. It contains a manual cassette tray. The cassette or grid is slid onto before taking the X-Ray. A X-Ray tube unit is transversely centered accurately with the center of the Bucky. The center of the cassette tray handle is marked to indicate the longitudinal center of the Bucky to the X-Ray beam. Depending on the position of the tabletop, the Bucky handle can be pulled out to allow the collimator light to shine on it. It contains a vertical lock handle which is enabled to displace the carriage holding the assembly along the column stand. Bucky handles are designed specifically to handle a full range of applications, from emergency procedures to routine radiographic studies. Their smooth vertical movement enables a wide range of examination types with the patient standing or sitting.
