Product Overview
The build-up of dust can impact the performance of electronics/electrical assemblies as it causes the components of the assembly to retain heat and makes it more difficult for the internal fans to dissipate heat from the system, thereby decreasing the efficiency of the entire system. This filter frame assembly filter outs the dust, particulate matter, and other solid airborne materials. The air filters comprises of a 2 mm thick, black colored honeycomb shaped mesh made up of polypropylene fibre which offers toughness, flexibility, sleekness, good chemical resistance and zero moisture absorption. This filter media is welded to a high quality poly-vinyl chloride frame using ultrasonic welding. The PVC frame makes this filter assembly dimensionally stable and also provides good corrosion resistance. A 30 mm black magic tape latch is provided which is made by sewing the magic tape after folding. This air filter assembly is compatible for use with the GE's Ultrsound Systems.
