Product Overview
The PCB Cam 14 Cable Interface Connector is a component in the acquisition module assembly. The acquisition module performs high resolution ECG data acquisition for use with host equipment. The module is intended to acquire analog ECG signals and digitalizes it and transmit the signal to a host unit. It is used in ECG analysis and exercise systems. The cable interface connector contains of a 9-Pin connector, flex circuit and a connector plug to form a circuit. The main PCB contains a cable interface flex which connects the switch to the PCB. A patient monitor measures and records and displays various parameters of a patient. It is housed in a single package and it contains an external power supply, a Data Acquisition System (DAS), a processor, a speaker, a handle subassembly and a thermal printer as components. The minute ECG signals from the patient’s skin are received by the electrodes and sent to the acquisition module via lead wires. The acquisition module then amplifies, digitalizes, and performs some processing on the signals. This whole process is controlled by a microprocessor in the acquisition module.
